WASTE UPLIFT FAQ'S

To cancel an uplift please call our office on 0141 459 5164. When cancelling you will be given the option to either postpone or get a refund. Please note refunds are subject to a £20 cancellation fee.

No you don’t have to be around as long as we have access. It would be useful if you let us know where the rubbish to be uplifted is located.

Our uplift team will advise you if there is more waste than ordered for collection. At this point you can pay extra to have the remaining waste taken away.

You can get a quick online quote by filling out or Rubbish Clearance Quote detailing what’s to be uplifted and even upload photos of your rubbish clearance.

Tidy Up Trash only use trusted and secure payment processors for our payments. We use both Stripe and Squareup to process payments.

No, we do all the hard work uplifting your rubbish and taking it for recycling. You can relax but you are more than welcome to help if you want to.
